MBBR HIPS Material BioPlastic Filter Media With Size 10mm X 7mm And good impact FDA virgin grade

The Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR) systems are based on the principal of increasing the surface area for enhanced biological treatment without increasing the plant footprint. The treatment reactors are filled with specially engineered media carriers to provide a larger surface area for development of bacterial bio film.Our specially designed model ensures higher effective area than our other competitors.

The main features of MBBR :

② Small oxidation tank volume, reducing capital investment; 　　

③ The MBBR process does not require sludge return equipment and backwashing equipment, reducing equipment investment, simple operation, and reducing sewage 　　

④ The MBBR process has a low sludge yield, which reduces the cost of sludge disposal; 　　

⑤ The MBBR process does not require filler supports and is directly added, which saves installation time and costs.
